Can I visit your premises to view the training rooms before I make the booking?
Absolutely! We welcome you to come down to our premises at 51 Cuppage Road, #03-03, to view the training rooms and assess their suitability for your purposes under no obligations.
Can I have a different seating arrangement?
That is definitely possible. Do let us know what seating configuration you want for your event and we will do our best to accommodate to your request.
Do prices include GST?
No. The prices listed are subject to the prevailing GST rate.
Is there air-conditioning on public holidays?
Yes, but it will be charged by the hour.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes! Wi-Fi access for the trainer and participants is included in the rental charge.
Can I get more microphones for my event?
Yes you may! Do let us know how many microphones you need. Please note that additional charges may apply.
Can I get complimentary parking for my participants?
No, we do not offer complimentary parking for participants. To find out more about the parking rates at 51 Cuppage Road, please click here. There are additional parking spaces available nearby at The Centrepoint and Cuppage Plaza.
Can I cater food for my participants?
Yes, we have a dedicated catering area at the lift lobby for participants. Please inform us beforehand if you are catering food for them. Click here for a list of our recommended caterers.
Can participants consume food and drinks in the training rooms?
No, participants are not allowed to consume food and drinks in the training rooms. In order to keep the rooms clean and comfortable, we seek your cooperation in upholding this rule that food and drinks are not to be consumed there. Thank you for your cooperation and kind understanding!
Do I have to clean the training room after our event?
Yes, please do! We want to provide clean training rooms for all users and we seek your cooperation in keeping the rooms clean and clearing any rubbish after using our training rooms. Please tie up the trash bags securely and place them next to the bins at the lift lobby. Thank you for your cooperation!
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Please note that a cancellation fee will be imposed.
